Same here too. My case is also CEC and 5th AOR. I called mid-March. Eligibility was pending, security not started.

I am 5 Dec. AOR CEC, nothing happened since 2 months ago. I am not even better than you, my eligibility was processing the agent told me 2 weeks ago.

Ghost update comes without an email. You could search "Ghost Update" on Google Image, you will clearly get to know what it looks like. Basically, it is just a keyword "update" appears on the Details column of your file.

Congratulations! You will get the golden mail soon. Based on your 14th March message said "Security not start", it only takes one week to pass your security. It's amazing.
