The office processing your visa should have a direct email address. The one I gave you is for the London UK office only.

Congratulations, great news. I still haven't heard anything, over 5 weeks now so I can only assume there is a problem they're not telling me about despite my three follow-up emails. Are you visa exempt/using MyCIC? Did you send them a self-addressed envelope?
