It is. I'm visa exempt. 42 days to get the online confirmation, I'm still waiting for the COPR in the mail, hopefully that should be here early next week although knowing my luck so far I'm not holding my breath. I was very surprised to actually get an apology from them in that email, shocking...

PPR to COPR Journey - PPR in JAN/FEB-19

The office processing your visa should have a direct email address. The one I gave you is for the London UK office only.

Thanks RayBear! I find this part of their email particularly suspicious, when I know for a fact some of you on this forum sent your stuff after me and got the COPR before me. Whatever, I'm so over this whole thing.

Thanks. I sent a CSE webform through the website, and also emailed ldnimmigration@international.gc.ca directly.

PPR to COPR Journey - PPR in JAN/FEB-19

So I finally received the COPR in my online account from the London office. 42 days since my RFV letter. I messaged them 5 times today so I guess they got sick of being pestered. I'm exhausted, what a horrible experience this whole thing has been but hopefully it goes smoothly for all of us...

Congratulations, great news. I still haven't heard anything, over 5 weeks now so I can only assume there is a problem they're not telling me about despite my three follow-up emails. Are you visa exempt/using MyCIC? Did you send them a self-addressed envelope?

Yeah I tried that on Wednesday but they obviously didn't deem it urgent enough to bother replying in the two full days subsequent. I don't get it. I don't understand what they're doing. I don't understand why it's taking so long. I don't understand why they can't just send me a one line email...

Seems like the ride never ends. RFV: 3rd May Docs received at London: 7th May COPR: ? Still waiting after 32 days/4.5 weeks. Unbelievable. I've emailed twice but of course they won't grace me with a reply. I'm beginning to suspect Canada isn't actually a real place and this is all just an...

Still waiting. 22 business days since they received my documents. Unbelievable. I've emailed twice and of course they haven't deigned to grace me with a reply.

Tell me about it. RFV on 3rd May, everything submitted to London by the 7th (would have been the 4th but it was a bloody bank holiday weekend) and I'm still waiting for COPR. After waiting 10.5 months for the RFV, another month to print off my travel document is just insult to injury. I am so...

It is with a vague sense of relief that I inform you all that I received my RFV letter this morning at 1024hrs from the London, UK office. I've become so cynical during the last 320 days that I still don't quite believe it, so I don't feel very excited yet but I hope that will change later...
