Hi Guys, today my employer got the email to submit 3 years NOAs..... people who received same email around 1 or 2 months ago, whats the update after that ? did they moved the application forward or still in processing ? Also, did anyone got any interview ?

Yes, I provided the recent ones along with the application. My file was received in August. However, I am wondering if they would ask for 3 years. Haven't received any email or update yet.

Haven't you provided any NOAs alongwith application to prove Employer's eligibility to pay home support worker & meet LICO ? Though that was not mandatory to provide but it was good to provide alongwith.

You are good to apply. You have more than secondary education and experience as a Nanny too. However, its entirely upon Visa officer if he/she is satisfied with your experience. Were you paid through that experience ? Was it paid through Cash / Bank Transfers ? Do you have a proof of salary...

Is her 2 years post-secondary education certified as 2 years diploma ( post-secondary) by WES ? If yes, then Yes....... She qualifies.

If her diploma is evaluated as 1-year post-secondary education, then yes. Did she get ECA done for this? Get that WES certified and then you can decide.

Hi, Experience is not mandatory. The requirement is "Ability to perform responsibilities". Which means, either you need to have experience or any related certification. Has she done any Diploma in Child Care ? If yes, she can apply for it. The decision, however, would depend upon Visa officer...
