Please do not overthink. There seem to be no issues at all. You are free to move anywhere in Canada at any given time. Unless, you attained it through PNP nomination. Remember it is permanent residency of Canada not Ontario or Quebec. Good luck with your Citizenship.

In order to avoid hassle it is always advisable to quit your job after receiving PPR. I’m willing to quit my job too but only after I receive my PPR email. PS: I’m no expert. Let me wait for an expert opinion.

You will not be receiving any emails. The agent will. There is nothing you could do, keep bugging the agent for any updates.
