I am of the same opinion 1 to 3 months . It's more like 3 months and very few get it in one month. One month was paper based applicants in early 2022 other than that it's 3 months . Hope fully I should get it by end of Feb or early March ...

Applied June 6th AOR June 10th Update and test invite : Nov 25 ( test between dec.2 to 22nd) . Finished test on Dec 3rd and waiting on interview or test update ....hopefully things will move fast and get it for the new year

For online applicants , they are still processing Oct 2021 for test invite, I would assume for 2022 test invite could start from November 2022 for Jan applicants. Sadly for me a June applicant I look at Feb or March for the test .
