I have the same dates in OCI portal and BLS still says processing at consulate.

"No such record found" Seems like it takes time. It updated to underprocess today morning.

What are the processing stages for fresh OCI? I sent mine in post on 9th Jan to Brampton BLS. It reached there on 12th Jan, received email on 13th. Today it shows underprocess on BLS tracking. Thank you.

FYI. There is no link to schedule pick-up and drop-off the application. I had to call BLS customer care and they scheduled it. Cost is$62 for Brampton. Hope that helps anyone looking for postal app.

Status on passport Seva changed to "Passport application along with fee details have been received. The same is under processing at the Embassy/Consulate." Application was reached to BLS Brampton via Purolator on 4th of Jan.
