Hi Tamik, Just wondering if you ever actually got anything by mail back from CPC-Ottawa? Just wondering what the point of sending new photos was, only to send a new set to get PR card. Cheers, Andrew

....and I'm all done!! Got an email for account update this morning and there the COPRs were. My days of stalking MyCIC and ECAS are finally over. Best of luck to everyone. Now for the PR card wait.....

Definitely. Seems like US residents get a reasonable turnaround, but inland are lower priority, especially if you only sent a photocopy, not actual passports. But who knows, really.....how do you spell dysfunctional? I-R-C-C.

Finally!!! MyCIC just changed to approved and I can see the COPR details in there. Nothing in ECAS and no return tracker activated yet. Almost there....

That's only in GCKey. All my ECAS says is: We received your application for permanent residence on July 22, 2019. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on August 20, 2019. We started processing your application on August 20, 2019. We sent you correspondence...

"Issued at:" should be in the middle, just under the heading "Application Details"

Congratulations, mate. Sorry to pepper you with questions, but one more: can I ask which office issued your COPR? Should be listed under the heading "Application Details" as "Issued at: ????????". Cheers, Grug

Good evening all, Question from a newbie to this part of the process. I received a letter on Monday which I think is generally known as a Ready For Visa email, asking me to send 2 photos of each person, copies of passports (we're from a visa-exempt country) and a family information form to CPC...

...and this morning I get an email from my home country visa office asking for copies of passports, new photos and a family information form. It says they need these sent to Ottawa within 30 days to issue COPR. I don't know what GCKey is saying right now; it's doing the bad gateway thing...
