It will be 2-3 prior to the date your approval date. My application got approved on 31-Mar-21 in online account but visa stamp date was 25-Mar-21.

VFS Delhi (India) is taking approximately 2 weeks for Passport collection, after raising the web form. And another 2 weeks for passport to come back. Visa is valid till the expiry of your Medicals.

When you log in, the application says it's been "updated" but none of the fields have changed. Once you logout and log back in, the application returns to being "submitted". No email is received for this update.
