I have got a reply from IRCC. The initial assessment to ensure your application is complete has been finalized. Following this assessment, your application was transferred to local office in Etobicoke. Can we call the local office to request further information?

I think maybe it switches from 4 months to 18 weeks automatically after the processing time comes to two months.

For my case, the Estimated remaining processing time is 18 Week(s) from 4 months. Is there anybody in the same boat?
