Dear Friend, I also received my original documents today without fee from CHC ISB. I am one of pre-Feb applicant from Afghanistan. it is the end of our dream to Canada, however I am still hopeful for positive reply. I do not know why maybe I trust Canadian Judaical system that it is fair.
