Yes. I received "Ready for Visa" email, sent my passports to IRCC. My account - eligibility still shows "reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements" and background still shows "We are processing your background check."

"reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements" will be in your account even after your application is approved, to my understanding it changes only after they actually attach PR visa to your passport and send it back to you. Also, some applicant never receive "ghost updates".

I just got off the phone with a nice agent who confirmed that the officer is till working on my eligibility AND.... nothing has been done on my application for 5 months. He himself proposed to send a reminder to the officer and suggested call for updates in a month. ....I have no words, one is...
