It doesn't matter if it is fully online. Just make sure it's an academic certificate and has a sufficient number of credit hours.

His application got approved a month ago. Just make sure that the certificate has sufficient number of credit hours (let's say 15 hours) so that it could be considered as one-year study.

Yes, he got point for two or more degrees as he already had a bachelor degree. But no point for Canadian degree as this one should be physically in Canada.

I got a feedback from one fellow here that his online study from Canadian University was accepted .. He still waits for the PR. So probably no issues with such study

Good luck with the IELTS .. It is one of the challenging obstacles. Regarding PCC, it is issued from the entry date, whether it was through visit or work visa. I entered on a work visa then got PR and my wife entered as a visitor then got PR and both PCC are covering the full duration from entry.

Anywhere is fine, just let them know that it is for Canada Visa.

One course only will not be accepted for sure, one year study equal around 30 credit hours more or less. One course is only around 3 hours.
