Parents collected the passports now. I think the meaning of "Customer Requested Future Delivery: Hal" is the person will be collecting the passport at the blue dart location as that was selected during the submission form to send the passports.

To collect the passport back from the blue dart, do they need the printout of the invoice cum receipt document sent by VFS during the initial acknowledgement email. My parents will be visiting the blue dart location in person once VFS asks for the collection of the passport.
