You should mention Yes, there is no harm in that. You might have an application reference number on your email when you applied. Just mention the date and reference number if you have. Even if you don't have the reference number, just furnish the details.

There are ton of fake profiles and some submit forged documents to get the PR. Therefore, all the documents have to be scrutinized. If they don't find any legit issue in your documentation , then you become eligible.
