when I checked the notes I see it was transferred to Edmonton, but there was still movement. Figured that after the video interview to varify then it would have been soon. 17 months later and still nothing- djohne

Honestly, I know the applications were done on the same day. Probably done separately but moments apart. I think she changed her address in system sometime after submission. 5 months isn't that bad turn-around. I know two other persons in Ontario who had roughly the same turn-around time. My error on dates. We both applied October 2023. By March 2024 I had my passport in hand. April 2024 was a video call where she showed them the PR card and I'm not sure what else. Applied for GCMS notes July 2024, even made contact with minister. Last update on file as August 2024. Background...- djohne

I have a similar case. Applied for PR together, smooth process. Waited the correct amount of time and applied for citizenship. She moved to Alberta for work but I stayed in Ontario for a few months. Both did citizenship test around the same time. There was an error on her end and test expired...- djohne
