Hi, if her docs/files are complete then you dont need to hire an agency or consultant. But if you are not sure and you need an expert to precisely check all the docs then you better hire one. I suggest agency or consultant here in Canada is preferable.

Yes im married. I only provided our marriage certificate (PSA).. joint account is not required.. for married,i guess you only have to provide your marriage certificate
