University will only send the marksheets and WES will never accept anything using FAX. Degree you have to send separately.

Yes, everyone got this message. I think they have added this generic message for everyone and irrespective of status. Many people were complaining that their due date has been passed but they didn't receive the ECA report and same status is updating multiple times, so may be that is the reason...

I don't think it is necessary, as it depends on University. If they want to put inside the envelope or not, but for WES it is not mandatory.

For me it was 8000 including courier charge, get transcript from university charge. Just drop an email to them and they will let you know everything.

Wait, call is not useful, instead drop email mentioned at there website.you will get response. I was also in trouble on call, but email reply is worth always with them, I would say that do not travel but wait for 1 day of email reply

First create Wes account and get reference number, then contact them and share the complete address of Wes including reference number. This is what I did.
