They sent it to my address in the Netherlands. I'm not sure how they do it when you live outside NL but I assume they will send it to your address in Canada.

It took 2 weeks for me but that was in the Netherlands. Maybe you can call Justis and tell them you need it asap for immigration purposes. If that doesnt work just contact IRCC and tell them you applied but couldn't get it in time. I read that it's never really a problem. No worries.

I remember trying to call them at different times during the day and did get through eventually but it always said 28 min wait time. Around 10 am and 1pm and it was like 50/50 chance. Maybe try to call when they just open in the early morning and keep in mind there might be a time difference.

I just came back from a holiday. Went to visit my parents for 2 weeks in the Netherlands. Had absolutely no issues getting back into the country. Didn't even had to show my passport or work permit haha. This is the 5th time I travelled to Canada and I got only 1 stamp in my passport. :rolleyes...

That's the best option! They helped me out a lot. If you have one nearby just go there. If you qualify you do need your spouse with you.
