Hi My spouse'(who is accompanying me to Canada ) brother have agreed to give us the money required(whole amount) as a gift deed.is it acceptable? If yes, How many days should i wait to take the bank statement? I only have 20 days to submit the application.

Hi Post ITA(in document upload phase) will i be asked to present documents in spouse's education history section? If yes will degree certificate be enough (i dont have ECA report for spouse degree)? If no should i upload it in personal history section?

@jes_ON I really don't want to misrepresent any data and get in trouble.Just to be clear. so if i dont want the points for spouse degree,I would 1.select qualification as bachelor's degree(That's his qualification) 2.select "no ECA" done by doing this i dont have to provide spouse ECA report...
