    Transferred to Vancouver in October 26. From February notes no signs of processing in Vancouver office no updates in March as well according to the cic agent over the phone. I think they started working on it since May.

    Its just regular cic number within Canada 1888 242 2100. You call multiple times, follow the instructions, wait half hour for an agent to answer... Good luck!

    I've never heard about non appliance act, no idea what it is. I submitted everything they required on the first letter they send to add her into the profile. I guess, if they want, they can either ask to come to an interview or ask for ADR. ADR is a better and faster option. I did ordered notes...

    On May 2 recieved ADR, one week limit to submit. - additional prove of cohabitation; - schedule A form, need to fill a new 2018 version of the form for spouse; - updated travel history form imm5562 for both. Everything unloaded on Monday.

    I didn't get ghost update for my spouse's medicals, I could only see that it passed when I ordered notes. I think its your ppr coming! Good luck!!

    For me it took about two weeks, they send a message with the list of required documents to add my spouse into my gc account, also added two folders to submit documents with a 30 days limit. Don't know why they are not responding now, maybe try to raise CSE.
