    Just copy/paste the table from the main form into a word doc and keep filling it out. In the mail form I'd use the last line to say smth like 'see additional info in an attached annex' and in the word doc I'd cross reference it with the Q# and 'continued from the main form'

    Weird thing is that passports were sent out from Ottawa as they should, but certs were sent out from Halifax, NS... Not sure why, but Canada Post states that they were first processed out of Halifax

    Not being a lawyer I'd say yes, as you won the case, legally got your PR status and by the looks of it have stayed long enough to be eligible to apply, but I'd wait and see what others would say. @dpenabill may be is a good source for this one

    Not really. They get re-issued no problem. BTW, Xpresspost to mail address does work. All delivered no problem.
