everyone, it's me again, I missed the oath( Jan 11, 2019) and I used the web form to apply to reschedule at Jan 15. Got them write back at Jan 20. they told me they forwarded it to the responsible office, and all I can do is wait. almost a month past, I didn't get anything to update from them...
