From your posts you say you applied for Inland Sponsorship and OWP . And also applied for SP Extension. Most likely your SP was denied since you have an Inland Sponsorship App going on ?

If you were rejected because you’re just trying to stay in Canada and keep extending , most likely your restoration will be denied . That’s the reason I asked why have you been rejected. Without knowing , no one can advise you on what to do.

Why were you rejected ? Was it due to administrative error ? Forgot to include a form ? Signature ? Did they mention anything about leaving Canada ?

You never know when it will approve. It may take time. You should never book/plan your journey until you get the visa.

Why was the extension refused ? Would totally depend on that !
