Yes, I got an email on 1 March and got OWP paper by mail on 4 March. But my cic account status is not changed still "submitted" I think I got OWP paper faster because I live in Edmonton. As you know the office is in Edmonton

yes. You just don't have UCI so use other options. when you try link your application, choose the question given name and family name OR application number (after getting AOR). And it seems still Dec 7,8 received applicants getting AOR. so.. if your application is received 10 Dec, it would take...

No not the same day. I could link my OWP after two days I got AOR.

Good to hear that you could link your application. When I linked my OWP, it was pending registration. But it changed to submitted in few hours. So yours will be changed soon.

I got AOR and I(PA) linked my application. I wonder if sponsor can sign in CIC with own ID,link application and check PR status. How are you guys checking the status together ??

You can try it without AOR. but I couldn't link my app until the day I got AOR and I think most ppl had similar situation. So if you can link your app, you would get AOR soon.
