Does any one knw that 1689 includes the SMS fees or just the courier fees.

Just to let everyone knows that if you have any query than sent the reply on same email which is received by vfs, if you sent separate email than it will create new ticket and it’s again take time to reply.

Hello everyone, I received the ppr request on dec 31 under spouse sponsorship and sent the all detail for payment link on dec 31 only and got auto reply from help desk to reply back with same info.provided all info with txt ppr letter and no response yet.
