even you call call their and they will tell if they have immigration officers available or not :) because of this issue i choose toronto :)

yeah ECAS dont show update for biometric but ECAS get update before GCKEY you can see decision made on ECAS only even AOR 2 in PA side but still if you wanna check gckey updates u can call on cic number and use promp option so you can hear gckey lines one by one hope it helps :) number for CIC...

you wont be able to link your application because you have representative only they can link your application if you want you can ask them for credentials:) else use ECAS :)

yes completed is everything you need but sometimes it took long too update so that we can check on CIC website that they got biometric on our name so soon they gonna update it to completed:) you are good to go ;)

you need to call them again and confirm every detail from your biometric letter in one case they mismatched UCI number and biometric showing pending so please contact VFS or visit personally if its near by because in biometric letter due time is 30 days :)
