It's when you log into your account and see that it says "updated" where it normally says "submitted" but when you click through to view full application, it shows no change.

9 March! Had some ADRs last week and now GU. Glad to see some movement after a long wait!

Also had ghost update this morning. Hoping for good news for both of us soon.

Been having the same problem. You'll have to go the long way around through the main site and then hit Contact Us, follow the prompts. Or, if you scroll up this forum, someone actually posted a link a few days ago.
