Hi. Yes they resend the PPR email.
I emailed the VO that handled our file. I told them what happened and ask them to resend the email to the new email address or via gckey. They resend it to both after a week.
They will not give you an update unless your application is more than 12 months. PA done with biometrics yet? Cause in our case a month after our file was transferred, we received the Biometrics request. After the Biometrics is DM, Pre-arrival then PPR.

Actually we supposedly received the PPR June 28. But I accidentally deleted the email. (i know, its Stupid). So i emailed the manila VO and ask them to send the PPR again, and they did, 2 weeks after. Thank God.
Write a webform, state your situation. Also call the clinic you are referred to, explain to them your situation. Tell them you cannot book an appointment yet because you are not in Canada yet just so they know and they won’t mark you as noncompliant.
