My guess is that they might send the whole package back because according to them if anything doesn't meet their requirement, they'll return the application

I guess you can only check for updates with AOR. I tried UCI but nothing came up. Obviously, they've not opened your application(but seems like a long time from when it was received though). Did your husband still get the work permit extension?

Not sure how exactly that's gonna play out. Have you guys tried calling CIC? They should be able to advise you better

Hello everyone, how do I speak with a CIC agent. Each time i follow the voice prompt, it never transfer me to an agent. Instead it says "we're unable to transfer your call, try again" Can anybody help on how to navigate to a live agent? Thanks
