Have you got your LOA ? i have one piece of Advice for you that humber and Algonquin both colleges are good .. grab from both of them from which you got the LOA first :) May be they will give you 15-20 days so go for that who will give you OL first ..

May be you are mistaken .. after 7-8 days .. you can get the GIC certificate after paying your GIC Fee :) How have you done your process ? By yourself or with the help of an agent ?

For college fees .. you can pay either from your account or from your father's but for GIC .. you have to pay from your own accont only :)

You could apply even in jan. Or feb . , There will be no impact after having visa so early so go for it .. hope there will not be any surprises further :)
