Hi, Email id was- CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca I sent d email on - 8th of jan, n got the reply yesterday morning... very quick and detailed.. !! Tried calling them using google hangout but unable to connect to an agent so thought of trying an email.. it worked.!!
