They hang up 2/3rd of the times. Unfortunate for you that you ended up being on the rejected side every time. Have patience and keep trying. My call was rejected 4-5 times before they let me talk to the representative. And that "4-5 times" took about 35-40 mins of listening to those options...

Call directly using Hangout. If you are outside Canada, call 1613 no. It takes a while, they changed my agent twice (spoke with 3 agents) and took 1 hr 10-12 mins to get the update. So total talk time- 2mins max rest all waiting. Good Luck :)

It means ADR is not required as of now. It's normal after you upload the document while replying to their ADR.

I had received RPRF and some 5 days letter got PPR. RPRF is usually requested towards completion of the process, might be a good sign. Good luck :)

I just realized I have moved to IP2 lol. Not sure about the exact date but it must be around RPRF payment request (ADR). Have updated the tracker.

No one can comment on that except IRCC. Try calling them or get GCMS notes. Most of the applicants from Dec have crossed 180 days mark. Some update might be around but only one way to be sure is to call them yourself. :D

40-50% (may be more) of the people on the forum have crossed 180 day mark. Have patience. It will change :)

Patience. It took me 1hr 15mins before getting the update. There is "How to call IRCC" in @USProgrammer 's signature. Use hangout and follow the instructions. I did not use *67 in front of IRCC's dial number, just called them through hangout directly and it worked.

I won't say he was rude but he was not sharing info on visa office. His point was that the application has been processed and approved so no need to check for other things, just wait and have patience. Good news coming soon. I still feel he should have told me the visa office.
