I applied as self-employed, as I was co-founder in the company. As such my salary was not fixed but variable. Hence it was flagged for further review. Apart from this variable salary part everything was straight forward.

Nope. Your friend can't claim points till his brother is residing in Canada. PR card along will not do. He will have to submit his brother's proof of residence in Canada like tenancy contract, utility bills etc along with proof of sibling relationship and PR card.

Are you sure they issue CoPR in Lagos? I remember a friend of mine from Nigeria sending her passport to Ghana for CoPR.

Don't intend to discourage you, I'm in RR too. Went through some of the timelines from June/July on immitracker. Ones with 270 plus days to PPR were RR cases. In order not to lose our minds, it's best we realign our expected PPR dates to 270-300 days from AOR. If it happens sooner, well and good.

Rectify the deficiency in the account. Add additional buffer funds in the account as a measure against future currency fluctuation. Get a new letter issued from the bank with updated funds. Raise a CSE webform against your application. Submit the new letter.
