Hi all, Has anyone had their files transferred to Windsor? Does anyone know if they are as slow as Montreal! My file got transferred and I'm anxious to find any movement on my application :confused:

I'm close to 100 now but I know since my file is in Montreal it's probably not going to be very helpful. People there are waiting with +160 days

Hi all, I recently found out the my application for PR is at Local Offica in Montreal. Now I've heard about Montreal being very slow and people said to not expect anything before 6 months! has any of you in here got PR before the 6 months are over?

Anyone has their application at local office in Montreal? I'm wondering what is the average timeline!

What difference does it make if it's inland or outbound? I changed my address since I traveled out of Canada, does that change my in-land status?!

I called them today and same response. Nothing started not even eligibility! My application is at Montreal's local office however so consider yourself lucky.

I'm just thinking, what if it ended up taking longer because they have to re-assign my file from an office in Canada to one in the middle east.

My application is FSW-inland, I'm currently in the middle east. Should I submit an IRCC webform or should I wait for PPR then ask for different mailing instructions because I'm no longer in Canada? My AOR is Nov 15

Does it negatively impact the FSW PR application if the applicant overstayed their visit? Apparently when I crossed the boarder from the US the officer didn't stamp my passport and I did not notice that.
