One must be for a program of three or more years" WES must evaluate Masters or Bachelors (both 2 years course) in your case, One of which must be equivalent to 3 year Bachelors or more which doesn't seem likely.     WES report will state as secondary diploma and diploma (2years) for Diploma (Polytechnic) Bachelors 4 years for Lateral entry in BE or BTech For students who passed diploma from respective state board of technical education

    @H0peAndFa1th I know initially you said 10+3+3 is not eligible for two or more certificate option after research but did it help later on? And did you apply after ECA? Did you get your ITA? This might help prospective candidates...

    I believe you've applied a little late cause it takes a minimum of 4 weeks and may go upto 8 weeks for the whole process, I've seen people waiting since november for Jan intake.
