Depending on your local office, you should receive an automated message acknowledging receipt of your email but saying that they won't reply to your message.

I'm really not sure why this step is taking forever.

I'm still in the waiting game to receive my certificate. I haven't heard anything regarding receipt of the certificate from anyone who had their oath ceremony on June 6.

No, not yet!

It depends on your local office and how soon they mail out your certificate because they do it in batches. If there are no issues, you should receive it within 2-4 weeks. Some people get their certificate within 7 business days. So, there's no definite answer. Lol!

We're in the same boat! I'm yet to receive mine. I know that they print/mail the certificates in batches. So, one can't always predict how soon their certificate will arrive in the mail.

Keep an eye on your email, you'll receive an email from them with directions on what to do over the next few days or so.

Nice! Give it a day or two and you'll see the new tracker updated. For some reason, the old tracker always reflects new updates before the new tracker. For me, my old ecas showed complete on June 10. The new tracker didn't reflect this change till June 13

Nice! Congrats!! It seems like IRCC Calgary is quite efficient in sending out the Oath ceremony emails well in advance. I got mine 3 weeks before the scheduled ceremony date. I've heard a lot of people from other regions complaining about their local offices being slow in sending out the Oath email.
