    Thank you for your reply. So with my CoPR and passport in hand I should be able to pass through the UK airport with eTA and then complete landing in Canada which would lead to the issuance of my PR card?

    Does anyone have any experience leaving the UK with just COPR and passport and not applying for eTA? On the CIC website it says that those from visa exempt countries do not need to apply for eTA if travelling with COPR...but I want to make sure I don't have a problem at the airport in the UK.
