parents are enough. infact i have submitted on behalf of my wife and my child. Just have a letter from your wife that she is not able to come and you are authorized to submit on behalf. i have submitted both surrender and OCI like that.

yes that should not be a problem. and yes your wife can submit on your and your kids behalf. only thing is she must keep your id proof with her.

Just putting it out there that BLS has appointments open for both Toronto and Brampton locations. whoever is looking for submissions, do book them. you dont have to waste time lining up with appointments. good luck!
