Anyone applied NorQuest college for September/Fall intake?

I had applied langara for May 2019 on 26 October. I received langara ID in 4 weeks but still not received offer letter, it's been more than a month that my application status is 'under review'

Please suggest me colleges with lesser processing time and higher chances of being accepted.
