An agent told me

On eligibility status as told by call center agent

Same update I even got a ghost update for my eligibility from in progress to review required

It looks like I’m not getting it right, after the first enquiry(type of application) the other button please select the name of the application that you applied for, has the drop down but nothing to select.

Thanks @tobs :my letter of employment didn’t state my job duties,got the pfletter since September to provide more information on my responsibilities while working which I have done since then..... my additional document has been on review since then! No idea of what else to do
