I didn't know that this list exists. Is this a new one? I thought the Alberta gov is ok to process Admin Assistants, it's just that there are plenty of applicants currently and that it will take time.

My NOC is 1223 Human resources and recruitment officers (9years), but my ECA verified educ is BS Computer Engineering. Does this mean that I will not qualify for SINP Express Entry? I was able to register in the OASIS portal though, with score 64. Please advise :)
