The notes state please place in interview queue. I have never been notified that I am in the queue officially. No I have not asked my mp. My lawyer just sent a summary letter to them 2 weeks ago. Since then no response. And no he did not charge us to do this.

I and my 3 children are Canadian. I have sponsored my Mexican husband to come to Canada. Our visa is being processed at the visa office in Mexico. We have apparently been waiting to hear about an interview since July. Although this is only in the notes.

Are app was received dec 21017 They have been processing it since may 2018. And in the interview queue since possibly sometime in July 2018. All at the Mexican office. Sorry but none of this makes sense.

We have been waiting in the queue for at least 6 months without even one letter or notice from them.

Mexico received our app on dec 15 2017. They began processing it on July 4th 2017. We have have already done the medical check and passed it. But no movement since. Apparently our file is in the interview queue. Help!

No they didn't ask for more money. They didn't look at the notes until we hit the one year of putting in the application.

Is it normal to have heard nothing for this long? Also we spoke with three different lawyers from three different firms before proceeding with this, each said we could get a positive response. But now it doesn't seem so good...were we being deceived?

Are lawyers checked the notes. And according to them their has been no activity since July when it notes "please place in interview queue". They believe they want to talk to us because of the criminality not because of the validity of our relationship. Our lawyer is preparing another...

We have ordered the notes. And their is a note from 07/2018 to put us in the interview queue. We have heard nothing. The PR is being processed in Mexico. My husband is currently undocumented living in the US. He has a possession crime from 1988 that was expunged and a probation violation...

We put in my husband's application on December 15 2017. They have received all the background checks and his medicals in the end of March. Has anyone else taken this long. We live in the usa.
