Yes, a master's degree without 4 years bachelors can be evaluated as just an added 1 year diploma. In order to get masters it's advised that 4 years bachelors is also sent.

I think atleast IQAS does regular SMU degrees. When you send your docs to them they ask for the center of education. If it's in the same state as SMU then they evaluate that. Or atleast that was how it worked some 5-6 months ago

There clearly has been a massive influx of applications since USA stopped issuing/renewing visas. and till they sort that out, it's going to remain that way sadly. Applicants from might still have to wait for few more months, eveyone keeps saying that they are still processing applications...

I am yet to take IELTS but given how long it's taking (more than stipulated 6 months). I am rethinking this and will probably do what you did. My documents reached them last month but it's not been added to queue yet. So by all measures, I wont get the eca before Feb/march.

Yeah same, WES would have done my Bachelors but not Masters, SO I sent both to ICAS. SMU-DE as well. I thought the same but reading comments from 2 -3 pages, there are couple of people complaining that they shouldnt have gone for ICAS. So I just think that if anyone who's here waiting for ICAS...

There are people complaining here that they the day they chose ICAS. I can only say that if you dont 'have to go through ICAS' then just redo it via WES. It does take money but you will have your reports in a month and that increases your changes manyfold, given how things are going. Consider...

That gives status of my application, it doesn't say that they are processing applications from december. Aah that's what I was curious about, thanks. So even if I am being hopeful and they process as many applications pet month as they recieve then i shouldn't expect my ECA before January.

I just started the process, I too have MBA from SMU-DE so I was a bit worried if it'll happen. And really glad to see that they processed that quickly. My only worry is that my MBA is from 2009-2012 so I dont know if that changes anything. What was your MBA Batch?

What the title says. Do the job offers that people with pgwp get, come with LMIA ? As in, if I have a job offer of more than a year from a Canadian employer after finishing my graduation, then do I qualify for a PNP?
