They have not mentioned any reason at all. Although I suspect it is because I have a gift deed for a part of the amount. I have shared my GCMS notes it’s at Page 1277 of this thread.

I too did some data digging on immi tracker..... it appears that most cases get their PPR at 290 day mark... there were indeed very few cases which went higher than 300 days..... it appears that we are indeed in the blackhole of IRCC where they dont care about time anymore. All that said and...

Thanks guys !! as of now I have not received any ADR. However I am tensed as even I have a gift deed for about 40% of the required amount. I guess I will wait and watch what happens. Sith's refusal has been a big shocker and has shown that anything can happen.

Hello guys !! I just received my GCMS notes it would be great if you can help me understand it.... basically it appears that that my file is untouched since december 2018 except the call center reminders routed through Montreal call center. My secodn page of Notes says Eligibility Met however...

I am now not even sure as to what met means ...... the IRCC agents told me on phone that it’s met AS OF NOW ..... I think it implies that even that’s not certain. Meanwhile it’s been 25 days since I’ve ordered my 2nd set of GCMS notes. I am super stressed and disappointed with their incompetency.
