I am in Victoria right now. ITA received on November 28th AOR - December 21st (Submitted with my Spouse and child) Is it required to upload IELTS certificate in optional section? Also I uploaded our pic as PDF. Does pic need to be in JPEG format? Any information on that would be helpful.
