6 months between test and oath? is that normal? does it depend on the city?

Answer to this question, anyone please. I completed test on Dec 23rd and awaiting further updates.Travelling to US in a couple of weeks and have to return for Oath and travel again. So, certificate and passport sooner the better.

my AOR is Aug 19, all statuses same as yours.

I have no updates either. I sent it on Aug 16th, AOR was on Aug 19th. No updates since. I am hoping for something within a week, based on the timelines I see for the previous months. No denying that it slowed for August when compared to previous months.
