Hi , I sent my passport to IRCC on August 13, 2021 for stamping under spousal sponsorship and they didn't issue a visa because my medical will expire on Oct 14, 2021. there is still 11 weeks to expire. Please help if you have any idea what to do in this situations. Thanks you.

CIC received my file application on march 5th, 2020. i have not received any mail for AOR1. I called to customer service but they are not working now a days.
