Pcc printed successfully on 19th June and still w8ng for in transit status change on bls website, any idea how long more it will take. Anyone with same timeline

Pcc application has been granted on 16 June 2020. Pcc application needs to be collected from regional passport office. What does it mean?

Where do we ask them how long more it's gonna take i mean any official email for bls or pcc india
