What did you do to solve your issue plz ??

I have the same exact situation. Cutting down 40 points for my canadian experience. I went ahead and sent a new updated letter. Didnt hear from them yet. Did you send a new letter ??

What documents did you initially send to proof your employment with AOR?

He might have already considered your new letter. Apply for gcms notes in a month or so and see how it will go. Good luck

Yup I can see on your signature, my eligibility started in feb and left as review required till now, and background check started in April while still eligibility RR.

I thought that too until I called and the agent said they have an issue with noc code :( and that call was after schedule A request. Don't really understand how things work at CIC

well yeah I did and what I saw is RR on my eligibility and they cut 40 points for canadian employment. that was 2 weeks ago, I immediately contacted the HR and requested a detailed job description and sent it. that was about 4 days ago. so now I'll wait for their acknowledgment of the new letter...

Yeah well I agree with you, but an Immigration consultant told me they won't consider your new letter, I was wondering why the officer would ignore it? I mean we make mistakes! but I don't know. I decided not to withdraw because basically I can't, I am on implied status and waiting for BOWP!
