Neither did I. It has been 40 days since i submitted mine (mail time included), and i expect to receive them today or tomorrow

Seen many cases whereby they issue the COPR 30 days after they received it (happened to me as well) I say keep your tickets on hold until you get confirmation (I think airlines can do that for some fee). I know the wait is frustrating but not much can be done. Good luck

Just to update ppl here. My COPR was finalled issued on 3 April (exactly 1 month after they received it) Rgrds

Just had it approved. Funny enough it happened 30min after I raised a CSE to Abu Dhabi. Received by ADVO on March 3rd, Approved on April 3rd

Did you get any reply to your email eventually? When i called both VFS and ADVO, they said that i should raise a web form, and not send an email. Thanks

Guys, is there any action we can take (people who have been waiting for their passports for more than 30 days)? I called both VFS and ADVO, none helped. Raising a CSE apparently gets you a generic reply.

30 business days? I can't believe it. This would roughly mean 45 days. They can't be serious. Submitted mine on the Feb 26 and still no news, and I'm really tired of waiting. Anyone tried emailing ADVO directly? Thanks

I think you can raise a CSE and explain the situation. They might expedite it. But in all cases, delays are happening to most of us and looks like ppl are getting their passports back after 30 to 40 days

Same here. submitted mine from Qatar and they reached ADVO on 28 february still with no updates. Looks like delays are from ADVO. VFS Qatar told me it might take up to 4 weeks. Regards
